Formerly a Principal Psychologist, she led multidisciplinary teams in crime prevention, behavioural insights, and applied research. Her portfolio included nudging strategies to reduce shop theft, behavioural profiling related to violence, gambling and drug use, and interventions addressing scams and cyber-enabled harms. Beyond research, she also served as a counsellor, crisis responder, and member of a police crisis negotiation team. Her contributions within Singapore’s Home Team ecosystem earned multiple recognitions, including Psychologist of the Year, Best Research, and Operations Excellence awards. She is currently the Founder and Director of ForenSights Pte Ltd, where she helps organisations translate psychology into foresight-driven strategies for managing complex human risks. In parallel, she serves as an Associate Lecturer at Singapore University of Social Science. She also works as an adjunct trainer with various institutions, and holds the role of Domain Director at a global AI and technology firm, applying her expertise at the intersection of psychology, data, and digital innovation.
